About the role

An opportunity is available for an Administrative Officer to support the Company Fleet Services team. This role is based on-site in Huntingwood and works closely with a small, experienced team managing corporate vehicles across multiple states.

Key responsibilities

• Managing company fleet administration
• Coordinating vehicle registrations, inspections, and servicing
• Responding to driver queries professionally and efficiently
• Maintaining and updating databases and records
• High-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external service providers
• Supporting BAU (business as usual) fleet operations

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
• High level of data entry accuracy
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Confident navigating spreadsheets & Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs (desirable)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage time well, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
• Confident communicator who is comfortable asking questions and calling out issues
