OVERVIEW Project is to refine/adjust/rebuild a an existing Sketchup 3D model of an alteration and addition project to an existing house. CAD dwg files (plans, elevations and sections will be provided). Freelancer should be highly proficient in sketchup and the model should be well orgainsed (layers, groups, components) and detailed. Interior and exterior of house should be modelled accurately. All heights should reflect AHD (Australian height datum) levels noted on drawings and sketchup file should have a reference point which is 0.00AHD to be able to check all heights are correct.  PRIORITY Priority is accuracy of sketchup to CAD files, particularly the ground and floor heights (existing house, new addition, neighbouring houses, fences and footpath/road/laneway). Adjust/fix immediate neighbouring houses to ensure accurate floor levels, footpath levels, roof heights etc. Model should be grouped by building element (eg.brick walls, flooring, internal walls, joinery etc all separate groups or components) for future design development and materials to be changed later. Final work to be delivered as a Sketchup file that I can import and make modifications.
