We are seeking a talented Ad Creative Designer to develop eye-catching ad sets for our paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and Google Ads. Scope: We want to launch 2 campaigns, each with 3-5 ad designs per ad-set, across these channels. The campaigns will run for one month. Only design work is required — copy / draft content and branding assets will be provided. You’ll review and elevate the drafts based on best practices for the Early Childhood Education & Care sector. Deadline for Final Designs: Monday, 22nd, by 12pm AEST. About You / Ideal Candidate:   • Strong portfolio showcasing previous ad designs, especially for paid social / Google display / video etc.   • Deep understanding of how branding and audience engagement work, especially with parents / childcare / education audiences.   • Experience working with various ad formats (static, carousel, stories, display etc.)   • Ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines and iterate based on feedback.
