Job Type • Project type: Ongoing engagement (Fully Remote) • Engagement: Hourly (with weekly cap) or Monthly retainer (fixed) • Hours: 10–15 hrs/week with 3–4 hrs/week overlap in Sydney, Australia time zone (Australian Eastern Standard Time) About us We are a fast-growing, high-performing basketball club based in Sydney, Australia with a reputation for structured coaching, player development, and operational excellence. Our current product offering includes junior player registrations on competitive teams, holiday camps, and school programs. Your Mission On a lean budget, build and scale our local lead generation for our school programs, holiday camps, as well as our junior player registrations for our competitive teams. We expect you to bring the plan, the templates, and the operating rhythm. You will own the channel mix, testing cadence, creative direction (working with our videographer), landing page build, CRO, tracking, and reporting. You will define the plan, the budgets, and the rules of engagement—and keep us honest with clean data and crisp updates. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning • Own the acquisition strategy, channel selection, budgets, and testing roadmap • Define hypotheses, success criteria, and timelines; maintain a decision log (keep/kill/scale) Channel Build & Ops • Launch and manage Meta + Google/PMAX (and TikTok if justified) • Structure campaigns for speed of learning with clean naming and segmentation Creative Direction (alongside a videographer) • Write tight creative briefs; drive new hooks/angles/formats weekly • Direct a videographer to shoot the content that is needed and most effective • Systematically iterate to drop CPL and lift quality Landing Pages & CRO • Build lean landing pages; iterate offers, proof, CTAs; ensure fast load & clarity Analytics & Tracking • Own UTMs, pixels, GA4/Tag Manager; validate events and attribution • Produce a lightweight KPI view (e.g. CPL, CPA) Lead Hygiene & Routing • Ensure clean flow into Sheets/CRM with statuses and next actions • Protect data quality; no leaks, duplicates, or broken forms Reporting & Communication • Weekly written plan and results snapshot; proactive risks and next actions What success looks like • Predictable weekly qualified leads at target CPL/CPA • At least one repeatable audience x hook x offer combo to scale • Clean tracking, tidy artifacts, and on-time shipping of tests Qualifications Required • Proven wins on lean budgets (less than AUD$1,500/month) for SMBs in youth sports, education, or local services • Hands on with Meta/Google Ads, GA4/Tag Manager, Looker Studio/Sheets; basic Landing Page building skills • Portfolio artifacts (redacted OK): experiment tracker, weekly report, KPI dashboard, or plan • Excellent written English; structured operator habits (checklists, QA, documentation) • 3–4 hours/week overlap with Sydney, Australia time Preferred • School/education lead generation funnels; seasonal programs/camps experience • Familiarity with Australian market dynamics and school calendars Why Join Us? • Visible impact: your system becomes the backbone of our enrolment growth • Lead the function: you set the plan and pace; we execute alongside you • Low politics, high autonomy: work directly with decision‑makers • Supportive Team: Work in a collaborative and positive environment.
