We require an experienced freelancer to help with accounts receivable/payables for our growing business. Minimum criteria: Experienced using Xero software, including Bills, Purchase Orders, and Invoicing Available to work up to 1-2 hours per day, Mon-Fri AEST 0800 to 1800 Bonus points: Understanding of Xero's optional Projects function What you'll be doing: Entering/editing bills from PDFs where Xero's email-to-bill has not pre-filled the data Creating and sending client invoices Adding payments received to outstanding invoices Keeping our accounts@ shared email inbox organised
