About the role:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of the accounts payable function during this busy period. Your duties will include:

• End-to-end processing of high-volume supplier invoices
• Conducting three-way matching and ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained
• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any account discrepancies
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers regarding payment queries
• Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the finance team

About you:

You are a reliable finance professional with a "can-do" attitude and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you have:

• Experience in an AP role
• Exposure to MYOB is highly beneficial though not essential
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Full and unlimited Australian working rights
