Little Green Truck, operated by RNS Cleaning Services Pty Ltd, is a locally run logistics and removalist service delivering affordable, flexible, and reliable moving solutions to customers in Darwin and the surrounding Northern Territory region. As part of the national Little Green Truck network, the business supports both residential and commercial clients with services including home and office relocations, furniture and appliance transport, rubbish removal, and general delivery needs.
About the Position:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Clerk to join our office team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with accounts payable/receivable, and supporting the business with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Preparing and maintaining financial records and reconciliations.
Assisting with payroll preparation and employee expense claims.
Preparing invoices and following up on outstanding payments.
Maintaining accurate data entry and filing of financial documents.
Assisting with month-end and year-end financial reporting.
Liaising with management, staff, and external stakeholders regarding accounts matters.
Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting policies and procedures.
Requirements:

Qualifications: Diploma (minimum).
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in accounts, bookkeeping, or a related role.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
