About the Role

YLY Solutions Pty Ltd Trading as Ironmen Streel Fabrications is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team on a full-time basis at our office located in Northbridge WA 6003. The successful applicant must have at least one year of full-time accounting experience and be looking to grow their career in a supportive and professional environment. The ideal candidate will be offered an annual salary between $76,515 -$85,000 based depending on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing strategic advice.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.

Maintain accurate records and assist in implementing accounting policies.

Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and suggest system improvements.

Prepare and lodge BAS, tax returns, and other statutory reports.

Liaise with clients, auditors, and financial institutions.

Reconcile general ledger accounts and analyse financial trends to support decision-making.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in accounting

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Highly relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance
