Looking for an account manager for a marketing agency. You will be working up to 20 hours/week on a fixed salary of $300USD per month. The right candidate will: - Have 2 years account managing experience (preferably marketing agency) - Have excellent customer service and customer success/onboarding skills - Be skilled in Excel - Be familiar with Asana - Fluent in English - Available for video calls/phone calls with clients - Some brand managing experience would be preferred You will be required to: - Ensure client success - Ensure our work is in-line with client brand and demands - Double-check & spellcheck and verify work quality is up-to standard - Ensure clients are DELIGHTED, not satisfied - Manage client expectations You will NOT be: - Managing ad accounts - Executing ad strategies - Marketing consulting
