Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: The Account Manager is responsible for driving growth of the Clorox Professional portfolio (Brands such as CHUX, Glad, Handy Andy and Gumption) —in the Healthcare, Foodservice, Office and commercial cleaning solutions channels —through strategic sales planning, execution, and account development. This role focuses on major end users (e.g., Hotels, Hospitals, multi site facilities) and regional distributors within a defined territory. In this role, you will: Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Sales Execution & Territory Management Plan and execute the CloroxPro sales strategy across the assigned geographic region and account base. Drive attainment of annual sales targets, profit objectives, revenue deliverables, and growth KPIs. 2. Account Management - Distributor Lead sales efforts with assigned distributors. Build strong relationships and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts. Develop customer‑specific Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned with divisional strategies. Identify volume opportunities, range expansion gaps and new business. 3. Account Management - End User Lead sales efforts with major end user groups within the commercial space. Identify target customers and develop action plans to win and lock in sales pull through. Develop customer‑specific Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with major end user groups. Understand market drivers and present gaps and opportunities to the PPD team. 4. Tenders Manage the PPD Tenders process. Actively seek out tender business liaising with the distributor partners and end user to ensure the best solution for all stake holders is being presented. 5. Trade Spend Manage the Trade Spend function for assigned customers and regions. Utilize Clorox systems to ensure all trade spend is planned and accounted for. Adhere to internal process and requirements. 6. Customer Education & Product Expertise Serve as a technical storyteller who clearly communicates the value of CloroxPro solutions. Provide training, demonstrations, and best‑practice guidance to end users. 7. Promotion/Trade activity Seek out promotional opportunities for both assigned accounts and channel. Evaluate the opportunity in terms of ROI and present to the commercial Manager a budgeted proposal. Ensure all spend is within Clorox guidelines.
