We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Account Development Representative (ADR) to join our growing team. This fully remote role plays a critical part in our business development pipeline by owning the end-to-end prospecting process and ensuring a high-quality flow of qualified leads to the sales team.
As an ADR, you will be responsible for identifying target companies, discovering relevant contacts, enriching data, managing outreach campaigns, and supporting appointment booking. Your efforts will directly support sales efficiency by allowing the sales team to focus on calls and closing deals.
This position operates during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the full prospecting lifecycle, including company and contact sourcing, data enrichment, and lead verification.
- Utilize tools such as Bright Data, Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn to identify and enrich potential leads.
- Create and maintain prospect "wish lists" when initial tools are insufficient, and perform manual searches to validate contact data.
- Conduct in-depth research via Google, company websites, and LinkedIn to identify missing or key contacts within target accounts.
- Maintain and organize lead data, ensuring accuracy and readiness for outbound campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales team to streamline lead handoff, appointment booking, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Develop and manage outreach email campaigns using platforms such as Clay agents, Smartlead, Apollo, and Scaled Mail.
- Work towards building a scalable personalization framework for outbound messaging.
- Support outreach optimization through testing and performance analysis of messaging sequences.
- Continuously improve prospecting methods, data quality, and outreach results through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Prior experience in lead research, demand generation, or outbound prospecting, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Strong familiarity with sales enablement and prospecting tools such as Apollo, Clay, Bright Data, and LinkedIn.
- Comfortable with manual data enrichment, company research, and identifying accurate contact information from multiple sources.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple prospecting tasks simultaneously.
- Experience running outbound email campaigns and using tools such as Smartlead, Clay agents, and Scaled Mail (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ability to work with structured data.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems and meet outreach goals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in remote work environments.
