We are seeking experienced and motivated Accommodation and Hospitality Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure that our guests enjoy an exceptional experience during their stay. This leadership role requires a hands-on professional who can balance staff management, compliance, and guest satisfaction, while driving operational efficiency.

Role: Accommodation and Hospitality Manager

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Supervise and coordinate front office, reservations, housekeeping, and guest service activities to maintain smooth lodge operations.
• Plan and manage guest services, including special functions and local activity arrangements, to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain service quality standards across all guest touchpoints, ensuring a consistently high level of presentation and care.
• Ensure full compliance with hospitality, health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management to build a skilled and customer-focused team.
• Develop and implement operational procedures that support efficiency, cost control, and quality assurance.
• Manage budgets, maintain records of occupancy and financial performance, and prepare reports for management.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure cost-effective procurement and smooth delivery of services.
• Address guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Promote the lodge through positive community engagement and support of local tourism initiatives.

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• At least 3 years of proven experience in accommodation or hospitality management.
• A relevant AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in hospitality, management, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of guest services, housekeeping standards, and hospitality compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, staff rosters, and operational procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a focus on team development.

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + superannuation per annum

Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week
