Job Post: A2X Setup Specialist for Ecommerce Brand (Shopify, Cin7, Xero) About Us We’re an established Australian fashion brand with a significant ecommerce presence across AU and US markets. We’re in the process of streamlining and formalising our financial systems and require expert support to ensure A2X is configured correctly and integrated seamlessly into our existing stack. The Project We are looking for an experienced A2X specialist to help us: Scope of Work Configure A2X for Shopify to ensure automated, accurate posting of sales, refunds, fees, and tax into Xero. Assist with correct mapping of accounts, tracking categories, and alignment with our finance structure. Validate that AU and US entities are set up correctly, including multi-currency considerations. Review our current Cin7 + Xero + Shopify configuration to ensure the entire flow is clean and scalable. Provide guidance or documentation so our internal team can manage and troubleshoot ongoing. Recommend best-practice settings for ecommerce brands with multi-warehouse and multi-market operations. You Are: Highly experienced with A2X, Xero, and Shopify accounting flows. Comfortable working with multi-entity setups and complex ecommerce environments. Detail-oriented, fast, and able to identify where data or mapping issues may arise. Able to clearly communicate recommendations and explain technical nuances in plain English. Deliverables Fully configured A2X integration for AU and US Shopify stores Correct account mapping tested and validated Documentation of setup Optional: a short handover call or Loom walkthrough for our finance team Timeline We’d like to commence this project immediately.
