Job description
• Hand-on experience from installation to integration, troubleshooting on 4G/5G BTS equipment
• Installation and commissioning transmission systems such as Fibre, PDH, SDH, DWDM and Microwave equipment.
• Ability to undertake Installation and commissioning of IBC/DAS systems within office buildings, shopping centres & other public areas
• Perform Measurement on IBC/DAS systems such as PIM testing, Sweep testing & Walktest.
• Ability to read Network & Building Schematics
• Ability to install and upgrade mobile infrastructure in line with the relevant installation techniques, methods and standards including Cable tray and Ducting
• Maintain accurate service records, job reports, testing results, and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, network engineers, and project managers to coordinate installations, repairs, and system upgrades.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding system operation and maintenance.
• Follow WHS policies and procedures, including working safely at heights and in confined spaces where required.


Requirements for the role:
• Experience in Nokia and Ericsson 4G/5G Equipment
• Practical knowledge of DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) installation and methodology.
• Knowledge of Radio Access technologies.
• Good computer application skills with MS Office experience
• Competence in the use of PIM/Sweep/ RF test equipment
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Wireless Telecom Industry
• Full time Position in Sydney and Melbourne – 38 hours per week
• Current Drivers Licence
• ACMA cabling licence
• White card - construction
• Willingness to undertake weekend / night works, regional and interstate travel if required
