Job Title: 3ds Max & Corona Animator for 45-Second Architectural Animation (4K) Description: I am looking for an experienced 3ds Max and Corona or Vray Renderer animator to create a high-quality 45-second animation from my existing 3ds Max source files. The freelancer must be skilled in both 3ds Max and Corona Renderer — no other software will be accepted. I will provide the initial 3ds Max source files. Before starting, you must check and confirm that the files are workable. The final delivery must include the rendered 4K animation and all working source files used in the project. Scope of Work: No A1 Animation. Review and confirm provided 3ds Max source files are functional. Optimize the scene for smooth animation and rendering. Set up cameras and create cinematic movements. Adjust lighting, materials, and textures for realism. Fix any models or source files issues. Cinematic music coordinate with animation. Include any models or stock items such as people, cars, environment, fire place flames, pool water movement, lift opening, curtain blowing in breeze etc. whatever it takes to produce high quality real-estate marketing animated video as per reference provided. Provide regular updates and screenshots or zoom meeting proof your working with corona software animation. Render the animation in 4K high resolution (final length: ~45 seconds) for YouTube and a 15 seconds, 4k shorter version for Instagram and Facebook. Post-production (color grading and final visual touches). Add background music that aligns with the animation. Cover all required views and spaces, including: Interior: Entry, lounge, kitchen, dining, master bedroom, ensuite, wardrobe, upstairs living area, lift, garage Exterior: incorporate drone videos into animations to create aerial, Balconies, front, sides, and rear videos Integration: seamlessly incorporate client-provided drone video footage into the exterior animation for realistic context Additional Exterior Detail: show garage doors opening with a car driving into the garage Add requested details/effects such as: ( Not limited to) Curtains blowing Fire effects Lift door opening, Lighting adjustments Close-up camera shots Revisions & Delivery: Deliver a 45-second 4K high-resolution and detailed video Deliver a 10-second 4K high-resolution short version for Instagram and Facebook. Provide regular updates throughout the project. Final delivery includes all source files. Up to 3 revisions after the completed and correct video. Corrections, adjustments, not following proper instructions, and mistakes by the freelancer are not included as revisions Requirements: Must work exclusively with 3ds Max and Corona Renderer. Skilled in integrating real drone footage with 3D animation. Refer to the script and references. Strong portfolio of similar architectural animations.
