We are seeking a skilled freelancer to convert a 2D Revit floor plan into a detailed 3D refit model. The project involves integrating a land survey in DWG format, creating contours, and modeling neighboring buildings. The floor plan was drawn on Revit by someone with limited experience, so some elements are 2D line drawings, while others might be incorrect selections for the purpose of 3D. I need this to be developed well and accurately enough so that we can use it to create photorealistic 3D's using TwinMotion. This is an extension to an existing house. the rear extension has a basement, ground floor and first floor. It's important that the original house is drawn accurately. I can provide photos if required.
