I need my existing 2D architectural floor plans professionally redrawn into 3D-style marketing floor plans. These will be used on booking platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, and my own website to help future guests easily understand the layout of the lodge. I have attached an example plan and also the 3 floor plans for the lodge. I will provide the furniture layout on these plans once the succesful candidate has been chosen. Project Scope: Redraw provided 2D architectural floor plans (PDF format). Produce clean, easy-to-read 3D floor plan visuals suitable for online marketing. Each level of the lodge should be presented clearly (multi-level property). 3 floors. Add simple, realistic furniture layout to show scale and usability (beds, tables, lounge, kitchen, etc.). Deliver final files in high-resolution JPEG/PNG format (for web use). Optionally, provide source files (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar). Requirements: Proven experience creating 3D floor plans for real estate or hospitality. Strong portfolio of similar projects (please include examples in your proposal). Ability to deliver polished, guest-friendly visuals that are accurate but also attractive for marketing. Clear communication and ability to meet deadlines. Deliverables: 3D marketing floor plan for each level of the lodge. Final images optimized for web/booking platform use.
