IBL Project Coordinator – Customer Services Department - Placement Overview:
We’re offering an exciting learning opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic student to join our Customer Services team. Reporting to the Customer Services management team, you will gain hands-on experience in the following areas:
Key Learning Areas:
Project Management -
Learn how to manage projects, including stakeholder coordination, tracking timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables using project management tools.
Project Involvement May Include:
Technical Requirements
- Creating dashboards to monitor technical cases and identify key issues
- Designing processes to escalate and monitor technical issues
- Helping develop systems for storing and sharing customer and technical data
- Working with IT and retail teams to implement digital tools
Customer Contact Centre
- Maintaining the Customer Support Knowledge Base
- Updating a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) resource
- Assisting with training materials for the customer support team
- Supporting other projects as assigned by senior management
- Supporting initiatives for the customer contact centre and roadside assistance programs
What we are looking for:
Self-motivated and pro-active students who are passionate about gaining work experience. Effective communicators who can build rapport, enjoy collaborating with others and have the confidence to step up and drive change and ideas.
To be considered, students must be an undergraduate in their second year or have at least 1 year left of studies as of January 2026, in Business or a similar degree.
