This is a field-based role, not a desk job. Picup Media was built through door-to-door sales, and jewelers expect in-person visits. You’ll work remotely day-to-day, while meeting the wider team 1–2 times per year at local or international trade shows. If you thrive on energy, autonomy, results, and face-to-face selling, this role is for you. 🎯 Your Mission As a Senior Sales Executive (Freelance), you will be responsible for building Picup Media’s presence in your local market from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the CEO, CCO, CMO, and leadership team to execute the local market acquisition strategy Provide insights on local market trends, pricing, and competitive dynamics Actively recommend improvements in sales strategy, positioning, and employer branding Participate in two weekly strategy calls with the CCO Rapidly master Picup Media’s products, services, and value propositions Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person field meetings per day (door-knocking) Close 1–2 deals per day consistently Own and grow your market: Italy, France, Spain, or the UK Deliver clear, confident, and technically sound product presentations Adapt scripts and pitches to local customer needs Independently generate, manage, and convert your own pipeline Identify new prospects and build long-term customer relationships Hit and exceed sales targets independently 🧠 Who We’re Looking For Qualifications & Experience Proven B2B sales experience Door-knocking / field sales experience is mandatory Strong understanding of software and hardware solutions Exceptional communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills Highly self-driven, competitive, and results-oriented Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment Experience in the jewelry industry is a strong plus Existing network or pool of jewelers is a strong advantage A mindset geared toward achieving the impossible Passion for technology, innovation, and scaling businesses Speak Native local language + English 🎁 What We Offer Remote-first setup (local time, 9:00–18:00) Direct access to an international leadership team A high-performance culture driven by Accountability, Fun, Continuous Improvement, and Simplicity Attractive freelance compensation and performance-based incentives Long-term growth, leadership, and relocation opportunities as Picup Media continues its global expansion 🔥 Ready to Build a Market From Scratch?
