- Experience in the maintenance building, plant, equipment gardening or landscape or the ability to acquire these skills.
- Demonstrated communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commitment to be a proactive member of a regional team
- Relevant Trade Qualifications or Certificate in Facilities, Building or Construction
- Ability to manage work schedules and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in IT systems
- Current Australian driver’s license
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
